Then the other person, in turn, responds to that message according to his understanding of it, and those skills play a major role in promoting the individual, whether when applying for a job, qualifying for a specific program that depends on competition between him and others, entering an election, proposing to a girl, inviting him for a meaningful message, and so on.

Given the importance of communicating with others and working in a team, whether at school, university, or work; Communication skills have become one of the basic requirements for personal and institutional development, and having communication skills would achieve pre-planned goals, provide a clear vision about those goals, and achieve good preparation for them in an appropriate environment.

Characteristics of Successful Communication Messages

Unbiased frankness: This means that it is devoid of ambiguity and comprehensive of the truth, so that it can reach the heart and mind, and leads to influencing future information and directions.

Correctness or justification: It means that the language is correct, free of grammatical or spelling errors, and includes the correct words in correct sentences and meaningful paragraphs.

Clarity: In the sense that there is no chance of misunderstanding, and this requires making sure of every word and phrase used in communication, whether written or oral; This is to ensure that the future understands them.

Perfection: The communication message must be complete; So that the sender does not assume that the receiver understands his message from the first time, nor does he delete parts of it, relying on the same consideration as the receiver's understanding of it without completing it; There is no problem with repeating the message more than once.


Briefness and abbreviation: This is done by deleting useless information, which is just excessive filler that does not achieve the goal of communication.

Kindness: words should be kind and kind; To add more respect, appreciation, and pleasure to the relationship between the sender and the receiver.
