Algeria threatens the United States after the Security Council resolution to cease fire in Gaza
Algeria forces the UN Security Council to resolve the controversy after submitting secret documents Contributed to Monday's Security Council release
An urgent resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza after all Council members voted in favor of the resolution submitted by Algeria.
Except for the United States, which abstained from voting and expressed its extreme anger
As stated in his speech after voting on the draft resolution, Algeria’s representative to the United Nations, Ammar Ben Jamaa, said that the resolution would put an end to the massacres that have been continuing for more than 5 months in the Gaza Strip.
Therefore, I would like to thank all Council members for the flexibility and constructive work that enabled us today to adopt a long-awaited resolution
The bloodbath has continued for a long time and in horrific forms, and it must be put to an end before it is too late
Because finally, the Security Council is living up to the responsibilities that fall on it as it is primarily responsible for maintaining international peace and security and responding to the demands of Algeria, the peoples and the international community.
We promised that we would return to knock again on the doors of the Security Council, and here we are back today with all the countries elected to the Council in a clear message to the Palestinian people, that Algeria has not abandoned you and will remain by your side forever.
